    Thanks for your work we benefit from. Can you describe what the bug was you encountered when posts were autosaved? We are having a similar problem with a plugin that adds a meta box and loses its information on autosave or future-dated posts.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

    I am hooking into the save_post action. This action gets called on auto save as well. But since I am piggy backing on the save action to update the meta, when the auto save fires, it does not do a full form submit, so the post expirator data was being lost.

    What I did was added a hidden form variable and did a check for that variable in my book into the save_post action and only allowed it to continue if it was present.

    hope this helps!

    Great Plugin. Thanks a lot!
    I have an enhancement request for the next release;

    How about more options for the post/page to be set to like pending, Private or even change the category?

    Thanks again,

    PS – I Love woot but never got the random bag of crap. I may now!

    I’m a Dork. I just saw ‘WordPress Post Expirator Bugs/Feature Requests.’

    If you make the features requests found there, it’ll be my fav plugin.
